01The problem

Before

Answers lived in people's heads and in old Slack threads. New starters asked the same question in five channels, and nobody could tell which answer was still true.

02How it works

Step by step

  1. 01

    Write or import

Articles are written in an editor, or imported from course packages and spreadsheets. One spreadsheet row becomes one answer the assistant can use.

  2. 02

    Index on publish

Publishing indexes an article twice: by keyword and by meaning. Drafts and staged edits are never indexed, so a half-finished article never reaches search or chat.

  3. 03

    Search both ways

A question runs the keyword search and the meaning search at the same time, and merges the results by rank.

  4. 04

    Answer, cite, check

The assistant answers only from the sources it found, cites them, and checks the answer against them before it is saved. If the question is unclear, it asks back first.

  5. 05

    Translate

Articles translate into Arabic in one step, long ones section by section.
